At IcedTeaPitcher.com, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your pitcher isn't the perfect fit for your home, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.

  Pack with Care

  Place the unused pitcher in its original packaging, ensuring all protective foam and inserts are included to prevent breakage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned item, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
